Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed on business days before 18:30 PM (GMT-4), Monday to Friday, will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off will be processed on the following business day. Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Handling Time
All orders require a handling time of 1–4 business days (Monday to Friday) before dispatch. This period allows us to carefully prepare and package your items for shipment.
Transit and Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 3–6 business days (Monday to Friday) depending on your location. Combining our handling and transit times, the total estimated delivery time is between 4–10 business days. Delivery does not occur on weekends or national public holidays.
Shipping Cost
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees, surcharges, or restocking costs associated with shipping.
Currency and Payment Notes
All shipping transactions are processed in USD. If you make a payment in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or additional transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
