Return Method and Costs
All returns and exchanges are processed by mail only. The cost of the return label is fully covered by Marivienne, ensuring there is no cost to you. We also confirm that no restocking fees will ever be charged for returned items.

Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 20 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully completed.

Currency and Financial Institution Fees
All refunds are processed in USD. If your payment was originally made in another currency, please note that your financial institution may apply exchange rates or additional fees. These charges are beyond our control and will not be reimbursed.
